One of the most common questions we get is: “How long before Ava starts generating replies?”
It’s a fair question - and one we want to answer as clearly as possible.
Week 1–2: Warming Up and Getting Set
The first couple of weeks are all about laying the groundwork.
That includes:
• Warming up your mailboxes to protect deliverability
• Refining your targeting and messaging
• Launching a Direct Message-only campaign (optional, but often delivers early traction)
You may not see a flood of replies yet, but these steps are critical for long-term success. Ava is
building trust with inboxes and getting her systems aligned.
Week 3: Multi-Channel Campaign Goes Live
This is where the magic starts.
With your campaign fully live across email and direct message, Ava begins reaching out to ideal prospects at scale.
Replies will start coming in as outreach ramps up.
Week 4 and Beyond: Momentum Builds
By week 3 or 4 and beyond, most customers start seeing consistent replies and real traction. Like any outbound strategy, results don’t happen overnight - but once they start, they tend to build steadily.
Your CSM will keep reviewing performance, identifying what’s working, and fine-tuning the setup to drive continued results.
It’s not just a launch. It’s an ongoing collaboration.
What Impacts Timeline?
A few key factors can affect how quickly you see traction:
• Number of mailboxes
• How specific your targeting is
• Strength of your value proposition and offer
• Industry response rates (some sectors are naturally slower or faster)
Your CSM will keep a close eye on this and tweak your setup to improve performance if needed.
So… When Should I Expect Results?
Most customers start seeing early signs of traction within the first few weeks of going live, with consistent replies typically starting to land around weeks 3–4. From there, the goal is consistent, compounding results, not one-off spikes.
