Once your mailboxes are connected to your account, it may take a few days for them to reach full sending capacity. To check the progress, hover over the number under Daily Email Capacity and you’ll see how many days remain until the mailbox is fully ramped up.

This is a dynamic process, and both the ramp-up period and daily send volume may vary slightly to improve deliverability.
🗒 If your sending capacity isn’t increasing, remains unchanged, or starts to decrease, please open a support ticket. Our team will investigate and help resolve the issue.
