Over the next few weeks, you’ll go from signup to full autopilot with warmed mailboxes, live campaigns, and Ava running your outbound across email and direct messaging.

Right after signup, your dedicated CSM will email you a link to book your kickoff call.

This is where it all starts - a fast, focused, high-impact launch begins here.

Before your kickoff, we’ll send over a quick form.

It gives us what we need to build your mailboxes, understand your ideal customer profile (ICP), and prep a tailored campaign so we can hit the ground running.

This session is all about alignment. With your CSM, you’ll:

• Walk through the platform
• Map out your first campaign
• Set goals
• Loop in any outreach stakeholders

It’s hands-on, collaborative, and the perfect way to start strong.

While your mailboxes warm up behind the scenes, you can start generating results immediately with a Direct Message-only campaign.

The more accounts you connect, the better. We recommend 5–10 to start unlocking real volume and early wins.

wrench emoji Step 5: Setup, Refine, and Warm-Up (~2–3 weeks)

During this phase, your CSM will:

• Refine your campaign messaging

• Connect key integrations

• Apply best practices

• Ensure everything is ready for a high-impact launch.

Meanwhile, Ava is quietly warming your mailboxes, building trust and boosting deliverability behind the scenes.

Once everything's in place, you’ll have a final ‘go-live’ review with your CSM.

From there, your campaign goes fully live - and Ava takes over outbound across channels, running on autopilot from day one.
