My Mailbox Health Is Urgent / Showing a Warning Sign

Depending on the type of mailbox you’re using, there are two ways to resolve the issue:

  1. Customer-owned mailboxes

    Check that your DMARC, DKIM, and SPF records are correctly configured.
    If we detect a drop in mailbox health, Ava will reduce the number of leads contacted from that address to protect your deliverability.

  2. Artisan-managed mailboxes

    Reach out to our Support team by opening a ticket. We’ll investigate and help resolve the issue.


🗒 While you can use your own mailboxes, we strongly discourage it. Self-managed mailboxes typically have poor deliverability compared to ours - which are warmed, monitored, and optimized for outbound.
