How do I remove a lead from a campaign?

Customer Question: I can't figure out how to remove someone from my campaign.

Short Answer: You can remove a lead from a campaign by going to the campaign's Lead list, finding the lead, and using the "Remove from Campaign" option. If you can't see the option, verify you have edit permissions on the campaign.

  1. Open the campaign from the left nav.

  2. Go to the Leads tab within the campaign.

  3. Search for the person you want to remove.

  4. Click the three-dot menu and select the " Remove from Campaign" option at the bottom.
