Campaign is not launching?

Customer Question: My campaign is active but no messages are being sent. What's wrong?

Short Answer: Campaigns need at least one connected mailbox (or LinkedIn account), a target audience with qualified leads, and a complete sequence. Check all three before escalating.

A few common things to check:

  • Mailbox connected? Go to Settings → My Profile → Outreach Channels and confirm your email or LinkedIn account is linked and active.

  • Leads available? If your audience filters are very narrow, the pool may be too small to start. Try relaxing some criteria.

  • Sequence complete? Make sure all steps in your sequence have content and none are in draft/error state.

  • Manual review mode? If your campaign is set to Manual Review, emails won't send until you approve them from the Tasks page.
