Step 1: Prepare Your CSV File

• Create a file containing a single column of data containing all of the domains that you DO NOT want to send outreach emails to.

• Save the file using the file format .csv

• Select the campaign that you would like to blacklist email domains

Step 2: Upload Your CSV File

• Go to the Blacklisted Email Domains section of the campaign's Targeting tab

• Click the Upload CSV button

• Choose the file you want to upload by dragging and dropping the file in the appropriate area OR click to browse and select the file from your local drive

• Make sure to compare it to the provided Sample CSV Format - this is how rows in your file should be structured:

  • Blacklisted Domain (Mandatory)

• Click Upload All Entries in the bottom right corner

Leads from the blacklisted domains will no longer be contacted!
